The foundation stone is laid by Mr. Singh and Centre Point Nagpur takes shape as one of the premium hotels in Central India, thus leading to the advent of CP Hospitality.
1995
Ventures into the blooming industry of fisheries and gains commercial success.
1997-2000
An early understanding of forward & backward integration results in the company delving into other streams that supplement hotel operations such as agriculture and outdoor catering.
2000-2010
Periodically expands the inventory of hotels & resorts having gained the invaluable experience of operating Centre Point Nagpur. (Airport Centre Point & Bollywood Centre Point) Centre Point now takes form as 'Centre Point Hotels & Resorts.
2011
The Board of Directors foresee the potential and impact of MICE in Central India in the coming years and makes the crucial decision of renovating the hotel in order to accommodate more banquets and functions. Commences operations at 'Palacio - a 10,000 sq. f. pillarless hall, the largest of its kind in Central India at the time.
2015
Makes inroads into other sectors having closely monitored the evolving trends and best practices within the hospitality industry. Further enhances the portfolio of the company by setting up: • Standalone Restaurants (Pablo & TDT) • Beverage Catering (Urban Food Outdoors) • Food processing units
2018
CP Hospitality adds another feather to its cap by taking on the role as a management consultant and affiliating with potential investors for future projects
2019
An eventful year for CP Hospitality as it launches various projects in quick succession: Centre Point Navi Mumbai Industrial catering unit (at Datta Meghe Medical Collego. Wardha) A state-of-the-art food court plaza

Angadh Singh Arora is the CEO of Centre Point Hospitality, with 17+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. A Foreign Trade graduate from MIT Pune, he blends strategic thinking with operational depth. Angadh is known for reshaping Nagpur’s F&B scene by launching art cafés and lounges in 2017–18. Since becoming CEO in 2022, he has driven consistent double-digit profit growth. With strengths in strategy, analytics, and leadership, he leads with empathy, sustainability, and a people-first mindset. Believing that “change is the only constant,” Angadh continues to innovate. Off duty, he’s a cricket enthusiast and a passionate traveler.
Arjun Singh Arora is a dynamic hotelier redefining hospitality in Central India. A graduate of Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa with global exposure from Marriott, Accor, and Melia Dubai, he blends innovation with excellence. Arjun spearheaded Pablo, Nagpur’s first Art Café Lounge, followed by boutique hotels and F&B ventures across Navi Mumbai. Under his leadership, Centre Point has expanded into unique concepts like DD Bistro, Dali Art Café, and retail brands like Puro Soul and Mickey’s. With a GMP from Cornell and a passion for quality, Arjun is shaping the future of hospitality.
Amit Kandwal brings over 25 years of leadership in luxury hospitality, known for elevating guest experience, profitability, and team culture. He led Hotel Centre Point to Five-Star status and delivered record-breaking F&B results at Fairmont Jaipur. An MDI alumnus and certified trainer, Amit combines strategic vision with hands-on excellence, making him a driving force behind Centre Point’s growth and innovation.
